By creating an account, depositing funds, or using the BirdSMS API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

BirdSMS provides temporary, virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS OTP (One-Time Password) verifications. The numbers are strictly for SMS reception and cannot be used for outgoing calls or texts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• You will not attempt to bypass our rate limits, CAPTCHA, or security mechanisms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BirdSMS to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law.
• Engage in phishing, spamming, or social engineering.
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. Payments and Balances

All deposits are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Account balances do not expire as long as your account remains active. BirdSMS reserves the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent payment activity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BirdSMS is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
